- Children below 90cm in height can enter for free
- Child ticket: Aged 0-12 and above 90cm in height
- Senior ticket: Age 60+
- For seniors aged 60+, you can purchase the child ticket as your entry ticket
- Proof of identity is required for both child and senior ticket (e.g. birth certificate or passport)
- No face masks, flippers or outside flotation devices allowed in the pools
- Please note: The e-ticket that will be sent after booking is in A4 size and must be printed in the correct size for admission
- Important note: Please enter the Hot Springs and Spa right before you exit the park as your wristband will be removed upon exiting the Hot Springs and Spa area and you will no longer have access to the rest of the theme park
