- Child ticket: Age 0-12 and above 90cm in height
- Senior ticket: Age 60 and above
- Children aged 0-2 and are below 90cm in height can enter free of charge (must meet both requirements)
- Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times
- Please bring your own towel
- No personal surfboards, body boards or tubes allowed
- No refunds will be given due to rides closure or inclement weather
- For your safety, please do not bring any sharp and dangerous materials/objects
- Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
- In the event of inclement weather, for guests' safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows

- Kindly note that there is a RM 100 charge to switch from a local Malaysian ticket to a foreign national ticket for wrong purchases
- The management of Sunway Lagoon will take strict action against anyone found reselling Sunway Lagoon tickets or wristbands

- Redeem this voucher in exchange for your park entry wristband, activity, and meal vouchers at the main entrance counters 1 or 2.
CONFIRMATION
- You will receive a confirmation email and voucher within 2 days after payment is cleared

HOW TO USE
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for the redemption of this activity
- This voucher is valid only on the specified date
- For local Malaysians, please present your MyKad at the time of redemption
- For foreign nationals, please present a proof of identity at the time of redemption
